Welcome to the December 29, 2008 edition of workout blog carnival. Here we are, at the end of a year and the start of a new one. I’m happy to say I’m getting back on the track of regular gym workouts - I hope you’re keeping up as well. Without making any New Year’s Resolutions for 2009, I plan on really getting into some of the workout systems in some of these ebooks. I will let you know when I get started.

If you haven’t try the Wii or Wii Fit, do yourself a favor and try it. You’ll never have so much fun exercising and losing weight.
