  • Talk with others

  • Exercise, take a break, talk yourself down

  • Ignore it; refuse to think about it

  • Avoid others; isolate yourself

  • Drink alcohol, take drugs, and smoke a cigarette

  • Explode angrily or panic

  • Blame yourself or somebody else

  • Worry

  • Become irritable, angry or frustrated
